We inspect every item for accuracy and quality before it is shipped to you.We also provide a preview of the order if requested where we can show you a virtual image of how the product willl look like .

If you feel that there is a quality issue or dispute with your order, you may request for a prompt exchange for the same item .All requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting us with your details.

We request you double check your personalization information for spelling before placing the order, e.g. name, message, dates etc. Just send us an email for a prompt reply at printsetc1@gmail.com for any personalization related query.  Once an order is placed it is immediately sent for production, hence no cancellation request is accepted once the order is placed.

Note: We also reserves the right to cancel your request for an inappropirate uploaded image, poor image quality and for misspelled message entered by you, which will be notified to you. 

We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect/incomplete address. No refund will be provided for undelivered products due to incorrect/incomplete address.

Shipping Charge PrintsETC offers nationwide shipping only at a flat shipping rate of  Rs. 49/-. However you can enjoy FREE shipping by ordering for Rs 499/- or more.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

1. Delivery within 3-6 business days for major cities in Maharashtra

On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.

2. Delivery in 5-10 business days For rest of India, usually your order should reach your doorstep within 10 business days from the time it was confirmed with us. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails regularly for such updates.

* Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays. 

* Wooden alphabets and photo frames will take extra time for production, 2-3 days, shipping will be done after that. i.e. add 2-3 days with normal delivery time

NOTE: Delivery information mentioned above is not applicable for bulk orders, which will be communicated seperately depending on the quantities. 

1. What type of payment methods do you accept?  We offer our Customers several convenient payment options. 

Currently you can pay using PayTM and You can also transfer the payment online to our account using NEFT/RTGS. We accept Debit card /Credit Card of many banks in India.  Kindly choose the option when you visit the order form. Check Payment is currently unavailable. We expect to make this payment option available very soon. 2. Do you have a catalog that you can send me?  Our web site is our full catalog.  It contains all of the items that we sell with new items added daily.  We do not have a traditional paper catalog available for distribution.

3. How do I know you received my online order?  You will receive confirmation from us by email as soon as your order is received, and again the day your order is shipped. Our shipping confirmations include tracking numbers with quick links to various logistic parters we use 4. Can I cancel or change my order?  Once completed and placed, your personalized order is immediately sent to our production facilities so that we may offer you expedient service, with orders often personalized and shipped within 24 hours! Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was sent.

5. What if I am not satisfied with my order?  We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your order it is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return except when there is a quality concern as mentioned above.

We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!). Take special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, dates and names carefully. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we do offer a 30% discount off the original retail price on the replacement to try to help. Of course, if we made the error, we will replace your order free of charge to you. All refund or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt.
